Everything is made to order per customers request. Orders are typically ready for shipment within 7-14 business days. While some orders can be ready within 3-5 days. Delivery times may vary due to one or more of the following reasons; high volume order, inclement weather conditions, and/or USPS issues. 

There is an absolute NO REFUND POLICY! If the size is incorrect, please contact me directly within 15 days of receiving your order. And your order will be resubmitted with the correct alterations.
